Dearly beloved, the seal of the Holy Spirit is an important subject matter, for which am privileged to share with you. It is a blessing to be sealed by the Holy Spirit, hence, it necessitates that we gain an in-depth understanding from the Holy scriptures concerning it. The seal of the Holy Spirit means what? Apostle Paul wrote this by the Spirit: In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation-having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God's own possession, to the praise of His glory (Ephesians 1:13-14) . We are said to be sealed by the Holy Spirit and this sealing is a pledge or a deposit which guarantees our inheritance. Beloved, in the book of Galatians the fruit of the Spirit is set in sharp contrast to the works of the flesh. Our goal as Christians is to walk in the Spirit, and not to walk in the flesh. I entreat you to patiently read through this short article to get a deeper understanding of the meaning of the fruit of the Spirit. The Works of the Flesh  Galatians 5: 19-21 "Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions, envying, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God". In our unregenerate state, our lives were characterized by the works of the flesh. We walked in them without any feeling of remorse or guilt, it was our lifestyle.
